Our story
ABC Tires & Auto Repair began around 2000 as a small tire shop, a llantera, started by Gloria and Javier Gomez. We were one of the first Latino family tire and mechanic shops in Las Vegas.
Customers kept asking us to do more than tires, so we added mechanics, and the shop grew into what you see today on East Charleston. Along the way we even opened a shop in North Dakota. It did well, but Las Vegas is home, so we came back and kept building here.
Our family also runs its own trucks, so we know what a breakdown costs someone who drives for a living.
The ABC on our sign has a story too: those are the letters of our first shop's name, rearranged. We changed the name, never the roots.
After more than 26 years we feel truly blessed. Our children grew up in this shop, then our grandchildren, and now our great-grandchildren are watching it grow. Come in and you are treated like family: honest answers, fair work, in English or Spanish.
