What we collect

When you visit the shop, call us or text us, we keep the information you give us so we can work on your vehicle: your name, your phone number, details about your vehicle and the work done.

When you use this website, we measure visits with Google Analytics and record which buttons are used, for example a tap to call or to get directions. If a chat is offered on this website and you use it, we keep the conversation so we can answer you.

How we use it

We use your information to serve your vehicle, answer your questions and send the text messages you agreed to receive. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages (SMS)

You choose what we may send you when you check in on the front office computer at the service counter (Check in). The check-in form has a separate, unchecked box for each kind of message, and you may leave them all empty. Checking a box is optional and is not a condition of any service or purchase.

Service texts: with your agreement, ABC Tires & Auto Repair may text you updates about your vehicle, tell you when it is ready, send service reminders, and send one request to review your visit (at most one review request to a phone number in 90 days). Message frequency varies.

Promotional texts: with your separate agreement, we may text you promotional offers and holiday promotions, up to 4 messages a month.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop all texts from us. Reply HELP for help. If you text us first, we may reply to your message.

Mobile information and SMS opt-in data are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Email promotions

With your separate agreement on the check-in form, we may email you promotional offers. You can unsubscribe at any time, and every promotional email tells you how. We do not share or sell your email address for marketing purposes.

Service providers

We use service providers to run this website, its analytics and our text messages, such as Google and our website and messaging provider. They use the information only to provide these services to us.

Your choices

To ask what information we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it, call us at (702) 432-6371 or visit the shop. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
